Each of the students with a diagnosed disability or learning difficulty will have a
Personalised Learning Record (PLR). These are developed in consultation with the students and parents and outlined reasonable adjustments to support the student to access and engage in the school environment.

English as an Additional Language/Dialect (EAL/D)
Diverse Learning Teachers work collaboratively with class teachers to support students who are identified as EAL/D to access and engage in the curriculum. This may involve working with a small group of students in class or 1:1 with identified students.
Diverse Learning Teachers support the class teachers with the bandscales for early phase learners and bandscales for middle phase learners. These bandscales are used as a diagnostic tool to determine the level of support a student identified as EAL/D may require.
